Nhlangwini Paralegal Office is located in hinderland of the uMzumbe local municipality based in the Ndwebu location. The office was established in 1999, since its inception the office provide free legal services to the community and deal with cases such as:
- Social grants,
- RAF claims,
- Compensation claims,
- Dependants benefits,
- Provident fund claims, and
- UIF claims.
The office conducts community educational workshops regarding human rights and socio-economic rights.
Staff: Ms Thandazile Ngcobo
Ms Ngcobo started in 2003 when she obtained a Diploma in Paralegal Studies through CLRDC in partnership with the University of Kwazulu Natal Law Faculty. Since obtaining her Diploma, she has been working at the Paralegal office.
